Which appointment should I choose?
Choose the complimentary 15-minute initial call if you are considering an ongoing accountancy or advisory relationship. Choose the paid 60-minute tax consultation if you need substantive input on a specific tax question or transaction.
Will I receive tax advice on the initial call?
No. The 15-minute initial call is to understand your needs, decide whether UA Tax is a suitable fit and identify the next step. Substantive advice requires an agreed engagement or paid consultation.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Briefly explain the people or entities involved, the decision or problem, relevant dates and any urgent deadline. Please do not send confidential documents by ordinary email.
Can I send documents before the meeting?
After booking, we will tell you how to provide relevant records securely. Do not email highly sensitive identity, banking or tax documents unless we have agreed a secure route.
What happens after an initial call?
If we are a suitable fit, we confirm the information needed, proposed service, responsibilities, timetable and fee. Work starts only after client checks and engagement terms are completed.
Can you help if an HMRC deadline is close?
Tell us the exact deadline in your enquiry and attach no confidential records initially. We will confirm promptly whether we can take the matter on and what immediate protective action is appropriate.
